One page to run the 9:30 ET daily with Tony. His day, what is waiting on him, his top priorities, and who owes what by when.
The recordings below use made-up people and data. On your screen you will see Tony.
One word first
A commitment
is one thing a person said they will do, with a date. It has one owner. It is done or not done. When Tony asks someone for something in the daily, that ask becomes a commitment.
Top to bottom, always in this order.
Six tasks, in the order of the page.
You cannot accept, decline or move Tony's meetings here. Do that in Google Calendar.
The Decide list shows the balls with Tony, oldest first. Tony decides out loud and you click.
The same buttons work on the Stuck list further down. Every click keeps your name in the history.
The person gets a notification and has one business day to decline, with a reason. Silence means yes. A decision goes on its own line starting with Decision:, and the reason on the next line starting with why:.
A priority with no deadline turns amber after 3 business days open. One with a deadline shows "Due today" or "Overdue" in red.
